Company
Presentation
In this system, a company represents a distinct organization or workspace within the application. Each user belongs to a specific company by default, which acts as their "home" organization. Users can access resources and functionalities within this company as a standard part of their account.
Beyond their home company, users can also be members of additional companies, allowing them to collaborate across different organizations or workspaces. Membership in these additional companies may come with specific roles, which determine the actions they can take within each company.
In Summary
- Primary Company: The user’s main organization, automatically linked to their account.
- Additional Companies: Other organizations the user can join, each with potentially different roles and permissions.
This setup enables flexibility, allowing users to work across multiple companies while maintaining a primary "home" workspace.
Sub-Company Structure and White-Labeling
Companies have the capability to create sub-companies, enabling hierarchical company structures. This is particularly beneficial for white-labeling, where a primary organization can set up branded sub-organizations under its umbrella while maintaining consistent access and control across all sub-companies.
When a primary company creates sub-companies:
- Inheritance of Permissions: Users in the primary company automatically inherit the same permissions in any lower-level sub-companies. For example, if a user has management rights in the primary company, they will also have management rights in all associated sub-companies.
- White-Label Branding: Each sub-company can be customized to reflect a specific branding or organizational structure, allowing for unique identities under the primary company’s management.
This hierarchy simplifies user management and branding across multiple company layers, enabling organizations to scale and maintain brand consistency without requiring separate configurations for each sub-company.

Company logo
To personalize the Wogeez app with your company’s branding, you can upload your logo through your admin portal or via your integration provider.
Your company logo (PNG format, 512x512 pixels, max 1MB) can be displayed across various touchpoints, including the Wogeez mobile app, client-facing portals, email communications, and kiosk loading screens, allowing you to deliver a consistent and fully branded experience to your users.
The logo will always be centered or cropped around its center, and may appear rounded in certain contexts—we therefore recommend uploading it with a solid, uniform background, as each application will handle its own display styling.
Invitation Process
Invitations allow a user to join an additional company. However, the invited user must already have an account on the platform. By default, an invited user becomes a member of the company without specific permissions. To grant the user further access or responsibilities, they need to be added to specific groups within the company, each of which may come with distinct permissions or roles.
This two-step process—inviting a user and then assigning them to appropriate groups—ensures that companies have control over what each member can see and do within their environment.
Removing a User
If a user is removed from a company, they are automatically removed from all groups within that company as well. If you later decide to invite the user back to the company, they will rejoin with default membership (without specific permissions) and will need to be reassigned to the relevant groups to restore previous access and roles.
